Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Motorcycle Whiskey Decanter! We are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery times are typically 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any such additional charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Motorcycle Whiskey Decanter is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, international postal services)
- Inclement weather conditions
- Customs clearance procedures
- Force majeure events
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@motorcyclewhiskeydecanter.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product or a suitable resolution.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries or regions due to legal restrictions, logistical challenges, or high fraud rates. If your shipping address falls into a restricted category, we will notify you and cancel your order with a full refund.
